Shipping policy

Order processing time: Preparation time for your order before shipping will be 2 to 7 business days. We currently only ship within the UK.

Shipping Cost: Shipping cost can be priced up to £7 depending on the weight of the products or the shipping method chosen. Free shipping when customer's purchase an order of over £50 in 1 singular transaction, this does not include the shipping price.

Delivery Times: Standard arrival time of delivery from date of shipping, estimated within 7 business days.

Tracking Details: We will email you the tracking details so you can also track your order.

Damage or Lost Items: If your order should arrive damaged, please contact us via email  with photographs of the damage. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, contact us via email.  thelmasdaughtersenquiries@gmail.com.

Missing package: If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your neighbours and any safe places around your property where it may have been left. If the package still cannot be located, you will be asked to complete and sign a declaration form confirming that these steps have been taken. We also recommend reporting the incident to the local police in the area where the package was delivered, as this may assist with the courier's investigation. In addition, we will carry out our own investigation to determine the whereabouts of the package. Once the sign declaration form has been received and our investigation has been completed, a replacement package will be issued.
